This policy explains what we do with personal data when we contact businesses about our services, when you write to us, and when you visit this website.
When we contact your business
What we use. The name of your business, its website, and the contact details it publishes for enquiries, usually a general address such as info@ or hello@. If your business publishes a named person as its contact for enquiries, we use that person’s name and work email. We also note facts about your products and your public ads that make our message relevant to you.
Where it comes from. Only your business’s own website or official pages, Companies House, and public ad libraries such as Meta’s Ad Library. We don’t buy lists, use email-finding tools or guess addresses.
Why, and on what basis. To send a short, personal message about our services, usually with a sample made for your business. We rely on our legitimate interest in offering our services to other businesses (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We send these messages only to limited companies and LLPs, and every message says who we are and how to stop hearing from us.
Your right to object
You can object at any time and we will stop. Reply “no” to any of our messages, or email yusuf@otokadraj.com. We then keep only your email address or web domain on a do-not-contact list, so that we never contact you again.
Samples we make for you
If we make a sample from your product photos, we send it only to you, on a private page that isn’t listed anywhere and asks search engines not to index it. We don’t publish it, show it in our portfolio or use it in our ads without your written permission. Ask us and we’ll delete it.
When you write to us or work with us
We use your messages and contact details to reply, prepare quotes and deliver the work you order. We keep invoices and related records for as long as Turkish tax law requires.
This website
This website doesn’t use cookies, ads or tracking across other sites. Our hosting provider counts page visits without cookies, for example how many times a sample page was opened, and keeps short-lived server logs for security.
Who processes data for us
- Apple (iCloud Mail), for email.
- Cloudflare, for website hosting and visit counts.
- Higgsfield, the AI service we use to make videos and images from product photos.
These providers may process data outside the UK and Türkiye, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
- Details of businesses we’ve contacted: up to 12 months after our last message, unless we start working together.
- The do-not-contact list: for as long as we need it to respect your objection.
- Client records: for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it. Email us and we’ll reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or, in Türkiye, to the Personal Data Protection Authority at kvkk.gov.tr.
Changes
When our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top.
